1. Motor speed control wiring method: the system speed of the available potentiometer can also be connected to the microcontroller for control. When the potentiometer controls the wiring, the middle pin of the potentiometer is connected to the VR speed port, the two ends of the potentiometer are connected to 5V, the ground terminal voltage is faster, and the speed faster.

2. Motor steering control wiring method: You can also connect the switch control to the microcontroller control, ground in one direction, and then 5V in one direction.

The wiring diagram is as shown, one of them corresponds to HA, HB, HC, on the motor, the 5V power signal connected to the motor HAL is positive, and the ground power signal is negative, connected to the motor hall.

Note: Due to different motor manufacturers, ordering of hall lines does not have to match the order of lines on the circuit board, it needs to be adjusted, please pay attention! If the circuit sequence is wrong, it cannot be started correctly, the current or other phenomena cannot be turned on, and the forced use of the drive disk will burn out! ! ! !

Tip: If the heat sink you use is less than 60W and there is no additional heat sink, be sure to add a heat sink of more than 60W. Without reducing the driving efficiency of the heat sink, excessive temperature will cause permanent damage! The size of the heatsink may be based on harsh environment work (recommended cooling area greater than 200 cm2)! When installing the radiator, be sure to pay attention to the insulation of the MOS tube on the back of the module. If there is no insulation, it will stick to the driver board and be permanently damaged! It is recommended to add thermal insulation film, and add thermal insulation board heating grease on both sides!
