This product is the core of no battery components. It is used to repair and assemble battery packs. It is only suitable for personnel who are familiar with battery performance and have practical experience in battery assembly
PCB specifications:
1. Built-in IC detects battery voltage and current. Remember the number of uses!
2. Detection and protection of the battery: overheat protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overcharge protection.
3. All new series of makit have realized low voltage shutdown. Cooperate with many power tool factories!
4. Stable quality and anti-vibration. It is the best partner for makit torque wrenches, impact drills, angle grinders, etc.
Printed circuit board colors: blue, white, green, red, etc. Any color, printed circuit board color and version number are different according to the actual latest inventory.
6. The design of the printed circuit board may change due to changes in the supply chain and processing technology.
7. LED color: red, green or blue.
8. Need to assemble by yourself.
Preparation before assembly:
(1). If a new core is used, please note:
a. 18650 power lithium battery core must be selected.
b. A group of 15 cores must be equipped with resistance and capacitance to make their voltage the same.
(2). If the old battery is repaired, please test the voltage at both ends of each cell. If the voltage is different, please charge each cell to the same voltage value.
Very important:
Ensure that the voltage of each cell is the same before welding PCB.
