The main function of this Panadapter is to convert the intermediate frequency signals of various types of radio stations into USB bus and plug them into the USB port of the PC, and then process them through HDSDR software. Display spectrum, demodulation signals, etc., can also be processed by other software. The price is similar to the price of a CW filter. After the Panadapter conversion is sent to the HDSDR software, the software can achieve much more additional functions than the CW filter. It can display the spectrum on the computer, set the receiving bandwidth arbitrarily, signal recording, saving, playback and other functions. Of course, it also includes the filter function that can set the bandwidth arbitrarily.
The Panadapter is a panoramic spectrum display that can be connected to your radio, allowing you to view the entire band (up to 10MHz) spectrum received by your station. Combine it with a basic CAT controller to create a powerful tool that allows real-time discovery of multiple signals in the spectrum, click on any one of the signals, and your station will automatically switch to that frequency immediately.
