Safety Tips: The load resistor will release a high temperature of 60~80℃ during discharge. Keep ventilation during use, avoid close to flammable and explosive materials, and notify you to pay attention to safety and avoid burns.
Working Mode (need to connect to 5V power supply)
AUTO-TEST automatic mode (boot default mode)
Start → charge (charge current is less than 0.12A, trigger full charge, stop charging) → discharge (load voltage is less than 2.7V, trigger discharge complete) → charge (charge current less than 0.12A trigger full charge, stop charging) → complete stop
①The capacity and energy values are not recorded during charging, only timing.
②Record the capacity and energy value when discharging, the same is timing.
CHARGE (charging mode)
Start → charge (the charging current is less than 0.12A to trigger full charge and stop charging) → complete stop
①Only record the charging time, not the charging capacity and energy
DISCHARGE (discharge mode)
Start → discharge (load voltage is less than 2.7V, trigger discharge is completed → complete stop)
①Record the discharge capacity, energy and time.
Note:
①As long as the discharge process detects that the battery load voltage drops to 2.7V, it will stop discharging. After the discharging is stopped, the battery will be no-load and the voltage will rise; a single discharge process can only detect that the voltage drops to 2.7V for the first time after the self-discharge starts and triggers the stop of the discharge. The capacity released by the first-stage battery can be simply understood as a single usable capacity, rather than the calibrated battery capacity.
② Shut down and restart; switch modes; long press the start button and the data are cleared, and the historical data will not be saved after shutdown.
③Test①Install 18650 battery for testing, Test②test through type-c external power bank or ≤5V power supply, but Test① and Test② cannot be used at the same time for testing, to avoid accidents caused by overshoot of 18650 battery without protection.
④To run the charging mode, an external power supply must be connected
