-That could be happen that you haven’t remove the white insulated cap on the battery electrode red pole (The white insulated cap is required by safety regulations during transportation).

-If you don’t remove the white insulated cap, the power wire would not connect correctly. Thus, the car can not be turned on, does not work, or can not be charged.

-There is a special kind note for this topic on the battery warning sign: ''Please take off the white protective safety cover on the positive pole of the battery before inserting the red wire.''
